Terms for internal testing

29 September 2026 · Version internal-2026-09-29-v1

Aman is currently available for internal testing. Use fictitious customer profiles and test messages. Do not enter real customer records, identification documents, financial information, health information, or other sensitive material.

Who provides Aman

The SpaarxLab team operates this Aman test environment. Harsh is the contact for the internal test: harsh@spaarxlab.com. These terms cover the Customer and Business apps and their websites during this testing stage.

Using the test service

You must be at least 18 to participate. Use an email you control for authentication; real tester contact details are processed as described in the privacy notice. Keep sign-in codes, invitation links, sessions, authenticator secrets and recovery codes confidential. Do not share your account or impersonate another person or company.

Only join companies you are authorized to access. Business users must be authorized to create or administer the company they represent. A company code, a verified email domain or an Aman account does not certify a business's licensing or legal identity.

Conversations and company oversight

Private conversations are scoped to the customer and authorized company staff. Authorized company administrators can review company conversations for oversight, and this access is recorded. Private does not mean hidden from company administrators or end-to-end encrypted. Group messages are visible to the authorized members of that group.

Company administrators control membership, assignments and access. A company may approve or refuse a staff join request and suspend membership. These controls do not grant access to another company's conversations.

Content and conduct

Keep ownership of the content you submit. By submitting test content, you permit the processing, storage and delivery needed to operate Aman and make it available to the intended participants and authorized administrators.

Do not use Aman for harassment, threats, illegal content, impersonation, spam, malware, unauthorized access or disclosure of someone else's confidential information. Report problems through Support. Built-in reporting, blocking and complete automated moderation are not available in the current internal test; contact the test operator for intervention.

Testing limitations

Features may change, fail or become unavailable. Test accounts and content may be reset as testing progresses. Do not rely on Aman as your only record, for emergency communication, or for financial, medical or legal decisions. Check message recipients and any translated text before relying on it. Translation availability depends on the configured service and staff-provided text.

Leaving the test

You can stop using Aman and sign out. For removal of an account or personal information, follow the account deletion request instructions. Signing out, uninstalling or suspending access does not itself erase stored data.

Changes and questions

This version is internal-2026-09-29-v1. These terms and the privacy notice describe the internal test, not a general public-service launch. Material changes to the testing arrangements should be communicated before continued participation. Send questions to harsh@spaarxlab.com.
