Request account deletion

29 September 2026 · Version internal-2026-09-29-v1

You can request removal of your Aman test account and associated personal information by emailing harsh@spaarxlab.com. This is a manual request process during internal testing; opening this page or sending a request does not automatically delete data.

How to request deletion

  1. Send the request from the email used for your Aman account, with the subject “Aman — delete my test account”.
  2. Say whether you use Customer, Business, or both, and identify the relevant company names or codes if known.
  3. Say whether you want to leave a particular company or request removal of your overall test account and personal information.

Do not include authentication codes, recovery codes, passwords or identity documents. If further verification is necessary, the operator will explain it separately.

What happens next

The operator reviews the request, verifies account control and identifies affected memberships, content and service records. Account access can be disabled while a removal request is handled. Access suspension alone is not data deletion. The operator should confirm the completed action and explain any remaining company records or backup copies for that request.

What may remain

Company conversations can include other participants' records, and backups can contain earlier copies. The current internal test does not have a complete automatic erasure workflow or a fixed purge deadline. The operator must review these limits with you rather than claim all information has been erased. See the privacy notice for current retention behavior.

Uninstalling Aman, signing out, deleting an invitation, or suspending a membership does not erase all stored information.
