Three steps to get started

  1. Open the right browser version or install the matching Android app.
  2. Open the private invitation your company sent you. Choose the Android app on that page if you installed it, or continue in your browser. Keep that link to yourself.
  3. Follow the activation steps, then open your inbox.

No invitation yet? Ask the person who invited you to send one.

How do I install the Android app?

Open this page on your Android phone and select the Customer or Business download. Open the downloaded APK file. If Android asks, allow installation from that browser, then select Install.

Follow your phone’s security prompts. If installation is blocked, use the browser version and tell your tester contact what the phone says.

After installation, open your private invitation. To update, download the newer APK from this page and install it over the existing app.

Can I use an iPhone or a computer?

Yes. Choose the browser version above. The Android download cannot be installed on an iPhone.

How do I invite someone without automatic email?

In Aman Business, add a customer or staff member and create their invitation. Choose Copy link and share it privately, or choose Send with email app to send it from your usual email app.

Creating an invitation does not send an email. You choose the recipient and send the message yourself.

Do I need to enable notifications?

No. Push notifications are off for this testing version. Open Aman to check for new messages.

How do Arabic and English messages work?

Company staff can type or paste both versions themselves. Check and approve the required version before sending. Customers can switch between the original and the available translation.
